Helpful & efficient
All of the staff are professional, helpful and friendly. No pressure to buy whatsoever - they give you all the info. & suggestions freely. The optometrist is also excellent. Have done business with them for over 2 years now - sunglasses, prescription glasses and also recommended them to friends/family - excellent service always including after-sales for adjustments, etc.

More personal than larger chain opticians.
Helpful. Attend to little adjustments cheerfully. More personal than larger chain opticians. Reasonable selection of frames.
