| Jan-19-09 2:50 pm (1787 views - 2 replies)WWE and Air Canada Centre No Friends To Children On Dec. 22, I took my kids(2 boys 7 and 11) to the WWE event at the Air Canada Centre as a holiday present. They had been looking forward to it all week. I left my seat to get them popcorn and to my amazement, they were being herded down a stairwell by WWE officials (completely without my permission) who told them they were going ringside. One gentleman was even carrying my beer. The kids were over-the-top excited when we arrived in the news seats, the looks on their faces were incredible. Things got terribly ugly though when an ACC "Manager" came to us 30 minutes later and told us that we had to leave (and I had discarded the previous ticket stubs). No escort to other seats, nothing - - simply told to "move and move now. When I stated to the gentleman that WWE officials put us in these seats he actually had the nerve to say and I quote it was for television purposes. Three security guards then came strong-armed me out, and basically threw us onto the street - - my kids devasted and sobbing. As I know there are many WWE fans outside of Toronto, I urge them to reconsider taking their children to these events, especially at the Air Canada Centre. Joe VecsiToronto |

| May-1-09 11:16 amThe reason was that they move the kids down to the stage so that the camera captures it, then after 20 minutes they kick them out and didn't event offer to help us find the orginal seats. I tried endlessly to get someone higher up to listen but they simply don't care. They are greedy, uncaring pigs.
